Seyfî of Sinop, a judge and friend of Bayezid II from his princely years in Amasya: the poet who added couplets to his petitions, his namesakes and the poems kept in the tezkires.
Seyfî of Sinop's ghazal with the refrain "your eyebrow", kept in three tezkires: a brow drawn like a bow, lashes as arrows and a brow bent double for love of an eye.
The couplet Seyfî of Sinop added to his petition to banish a forger named Tursun: a pun on the name and the verb "let him stay", and the couplets Bayezid II looked forward to.
Seyfî of Sinop's satirical couplet on the judgeship of Ağlasun going to Abdülhay: the town's name read as "let them weep" and the living-dead contrast hidden in the judge's name.
The verse letter Seyfî of Sinop sent to his son Nûh, a student in Istanbul: short rhymed counsels on zeal for learning, Persian, prayer and a good name, and the state of its text.
The ghazal the Türk Edebiyatı İsimler Sözlüğü assigns to Seyfî of Sinop: a brow that grants safety like a tuğra, hair cast like a sipahi's lasso, and an uncertain attribution.
