"Amasya'da üzüm var / Ocağında közüm var": the title of this song has come down in its source as the opening couplet of a mani. In Haluk Yücel's article examining the folk songs of Amasya in terms of their words and music it is counted among the kırık havas, and its metre is 4/4, the one most often met among Amasya songs. The other information in the article is not specific to this song; the rest of its record is blank.

Lyrics
Amasya'da üzüm var
Ocağında közüm var
"There are grapes in Amasya, / in its hearth I have an ember." "Köz" is the fire that has gone to ash in the hearth but still burns; the second line says "I too have an ember in the hearth of Amasya". Whom or what the ember stands for, the two lines do not say. The seven-syllable lines bound by a single rhyme that mark the mani form are seen here as well. The remaining lines do not appear in the tables, nor did we find them in any other publication; the full text of the song and its score are not in published sources.
Story
Whose ember it is, and whether the song is tied to a person or an event, no record has turned up to show.
Musical Features
In the table "Amasya'da üzüm var" stands between "Yar elmayı taşladın mı" and "Acı badem dalları", both in 2/4, a lone four-beat line among two-beat melodies. Yet four beats make up the largest group in Yücel's Amasya repertoire: 28 of the 89 songs. Since the makam table does not distinguish song by song, its scale cannot be learned.
Performers and Recordings
Yücel's study was first presented as an oral paper at the 1st International Congress of Scientific and Professional Studies (BILMES), held in Ürgüp in October 2017, and then expanded and published in the journal. The journal text lists the songs without citing a source for each; for this reason it could not be established on which album or in whose voice "Amasya'da üzüm var" appears, and no documented performance of it exists. For a general survey of Amasya's melodies, The Melody of Yeşilırmak is the place to turn.
