Amasyalıdır. Selağzı’nda Hamamı olan Yularkısdı Sinan Paşa evlâdından Sinan Paşa ve Hâtunîye Evkâfına mütevellî ve Hüseyin Abâd mâlikânesine mutasarrıf olan Yûsuf Paşa bin İskender Bey bin Ahmed Paşa bin İskender Bey bin Mustafa Paşa [539] bin Sinan Paşa mahdûmudur.
Müşârün-ileyhin terceme-i hâline muttali’ olamadım.
Dâmâdı, ya’nî Fatıma Hânım’ın zevci Amasya a’yânından Küçük Ali Beyzâde el-Hâc Ahmed Bey’dir. Bunun oğulları Mehmed, Yeğen Ali Beyler Hâtunîye ve Sinan Paşa ve Hüseyin Abâd evkâfına mütevellî olmuşlardı. Bu tevliyet el-yevm Yeğenzâdelerin uhdesindedir.
In Modern English
He was from Amasya. He is a descendant of Yularkısdı Sinan Pasha, who had a bathhouse at Selağzı; he was the son of Yûsuf Pasha, mütevelli of the Sinan Pasha and Hatuniye waqfs and mutasarrıf of the Hüseyin Abad mâlikâne (a property whose income is held for life). Yûsuf Pasha was the son of İskender Bey, he of Ahmed Pasha, he of İskender Bey, he of Mustafa Pasha, and he of Sinan Pasha.
I could not reach the biography of the person in question. But it was understood from the Amasya registers that he died at the end of 1076, that he had no male child, that two daughters, Münevvere and Fatıma, were left, and that he was known among the people as "Yularkısdıoğlu".
Judging by the date of death, this person must be Çil Ahmed Pasha, who in early Receb 1066, while Silâhdâr-ı Şehriyârî, became governor of Diyarbekir with the vizierate and a day later moved to the vizierate under the dome, who in 1069 became guardian of İzmit and retired on arriving there, and who in Zilkade 1076, retaining the vizierate, became governor of Mosul and died in Zilhicce. God knows best.
His son-in-law, that is, the husband of Fatıma Hanım, is el-Hâc Ahmed Bey of the Küçük Ali Beyzâde, one of the ayan of Amasya. His sons Mehmed and Yeğen Ali Beys had become mütevelli of the Hatuniye, Sinan Pasha and Hüseyin Abad waqfs. This mütevelliship is today (el-yevm) in the hands of the Yeğenzâdes.

Hüsameddin's Hesitation
In this entry Hüsameddin states plainly that he could not reach Ahmed Pasha's biography. He has only three pieces of information he drew from the Amasya registers: the year of death (1076), his leaving two daughters, and the nickname "Yularkısdıoğlu". Then, starting from the similarity of the date of death, he brings Çil Ahmed Pasha to mind and leaves this as a guess by saying "God knows best". This inference is the entry author's own assumption; since no reliable source for Çil Ahmed Pasha's life could be reached in this research, the identification could not be verified. It would not be right for the reader to take this identification as certain information.
The Family's Waqfs
The second important side of the entry is the family's holding of the administration of the Hatuniye, Sinan Pasha and Hüseyin Abad waqfs through generations. The mütevelliship was first with Yûsuf Pasha, then with the sons of his son-in-law Ahmed Bey, Mehmed and Yeğen Ali Beys, and by the time Hüsameddin wrote, with the Yeğenzâdes. That is, the waqf administration passed through the daughter's side; since there was no male child, it appears that the mütevelliship passed to the son-in-law's line. The present state of the bathhouse at Selağzı and of the waqfs could not be verified in this research with another source.
