The Name Hâbil

In Hüsameddin's book the name Hâbil is mentioned among the old ruling circle of Amasya outside this entry as well. In the second volume, in speaking of Amasya under the Mongols, a Şücâ'eddîn Hâbil appears as "emîrü's-sevâhil" (emir of the coasts); in 684 [1285-86] Hâbiloğlu İzzeddîn Hasan Bey is written to have been subaşı in Amasya. At the root of the genealogical chain in this entry there is also an İzzeddin Hasan Bey. The similarity of names is striking, but no document linking these people to one another was found in the sources read; so to say that they belonged to the same family goes no further than inference. In the first volume, the name of "Hâbilzâde Sheikh Ehlullah Efendi," who served as sheikh at the Ehlullah Tekke until 1110 [1698-99], is also mentioned.

The Name Tâceddin and Tokat

The phrase "Tâceddin İbrahim Bey, emir of Tokat" in the chain brings to mind the Tâceddinids, a beylik centered on Niksar. The borders of the territory of this beylik's founder, Tâceddin Bey, at times extended to Amasya; together with Hacı Şadgeldi, emir of Amasya, Tâceddin Bey fought Kadı Burhâneddin near the village of Dânişmendiye in Tokat and lost the battle in 783 [1381]. However, in the source the founder's name appears as "Tâceddin Bey"; the name "İbrahim" is not mentioned, and there is no record of an emirate of Tokat. Whether the person Hüsameddin names belonged to this beylik could not be verified in the sources read.

No information was found in the sources read on Sultan Zeyneddin Tûlî Khan Bey and Emir Sheikh İzzeddin Hasan Bey, on Receb Çelebi, on Seydî Ali Çelebi, or on the two İlyas Çelebis.
