Emîr-i sâbık Hacı Şâdgeldi Paşazâde olup devlet-i Osmâniye tarafından Amasya vilâyetine Amasyalılar'dan ilk beylerbeyi olan zâtdır. "Devâtdâr Ahmed Paşa" demekle meşhûrdur. Şehzâde Sultân Bâyezîd'in halefi, sâbık Amasya emîr-i kebîri Ahmed Şâh Çelebi'dir.
Hâlbuki Kadı Burhân'a emâreti te'mîn eden Moğollar'dı.
Menâfi'-i şahsiyyesi uğrunda her nesneyi mübâh gören Kadı Burhân, burada diyânetden, insâf ve mürüvvetden dem vuruyor. Çünkü kuvvet ve şevketlerini bildiği Osmân Oğulları'na karşı cesâretsizliğini diyânet perdesiyle setr ediyor, demekdir. Âkıbetinden emîn olsaydı Amasya'yı istîlâda dakîka fevt etmezdi.
790 senesinde Kosova muhârebesi kazanılmışdı. Fakat yaralı bir Sırp'ın ansızın vurduğu hançerle Gâzi Sultân Murâd-ı Evvel şehîd olmuş, yerine şehzâdesi Yıldırım Sultân Bâyezîd geçmişdi. Kezâlik Kayseriyye emîr-i kebîri Eretna Hânzâde İzzeddîn Ca'fer Bey de vefât etmişdi.
Cüneyd Bey İnehân Bey'i, ba'zıları da Abdullah Bey'i iltizâm ediyorlardı. [147] Kadı Burhân da Abdullah Bey'i iltizâm ederek Kayseriyye'yi istîlâ etmek istiyordu.
Kadı Burhân, bu uğurda mükerreren harb etdi. Kayseriyye havâlîsine gidip gâretler, Cüneyd Bey'le ve Kayseriyyeliler'le muhârebeler etdi. Müslümânları kırıp geçirdi. Sonunda kanlı maksadına erdi. Hemşîrezâdesi Şeyh Mü'eyyed Bey'i Kayseriyye emâretine nasb ederek dâ'ire-i nüfûz ve emâretini genişletdi.
Birinci Sultân Bâyezîd, tahta cülûs ederken birâderi Ya'kûb Bey'i ansızın öldürtmüş, taht-ı saltanatı rekâbetden ve halkı teşettütden kurtarmışdı.
Bezm ü Rezm'in yazdığına göre Kosova'da Hünkâr Gâzi'nin şehâdeti, [148] gûyâ Yıldırım Sultân'ın peder ve birâderini öldürüp tahta çıkdığı sûretinde - gâlibâ şehzâde İbrâhim Bey tarafından - işâ'a edilmişdi.
Bundan dolayı Aydın, Candâr, Saruhân, Karaman, Germiyân, Menteşe Oğulları müttefikan kıyâm ederek Bursa'da i'lân-ı saltanat eden İbrâhim Bey'e mu'în olmuşlardı. Her hâlde Bursa ve Anadolu ahvâli şâyân-ı dikkatdi.
Bunları haber alan, insâf ve mürüvvetden dem vuran Kadı Burhân, yine canlandı. Bezm ü Rezm'in kayd u tafsîline göre Kayseriyye'den avdet etdikde Tokat emîri Şeyh Necîb Bey'i Amasya beylerbeyi Ahmed Paşa nezdine elçi gönderdi. Paşa'nın kızlarından birini kendisine istiyordu.
Emîr Şeyh Necîb, Ahmed Paşa'nın eniştesi idi. Kadı Burhân'ın bu talebi Amasya emîrine tahsîl-i karâbetle hulûl ederek Amasya vilâyetini istîlâ etmekdi. Ahmed Paşa bu teklîfe muttali' olduğu anda Şeyh Necîb'i bağladıp habs etdi. Getirdiği tuhaf u hedâyâ ve emvâlini zabt edib kendisini Sultân Bâyezîd'in nezdine gönderecekdi (791).
Amasya kadısı İmâdeddîn Yûsuf Çelebi, Ahmed Paşa'nın elçiye bu mu'âmelesini ağır gördüğünden i'tirâz etmişdi. Kadı azl olunup yerine meşâhîr-i fuzalâ ve hattâtînden Muslihzâde Celâleddîn Abdurrahmân Çelebi Amasya kadısı oldu. Bu esnâda Hoylu Hüsâmeddîn Hasan Çelebi Amasya müftüsü idi.
Kadı Burhân, buna muttali' oldukda tedârikâtını görüp Tokat üzerine hareket ve Amasya havâlîsini gâret etmeye başladı. Tedrîcen Amasya'ya yanaşıyordu. Amasya beylerbeyi Ahmed Paşa, ma'iyyet-i askeriyyesiyle Amasya'dan [149] çıkıp Kadı Burhân'ı karşıladı. Harben def' etdi.
Yıldırım Sultân Bâyezîd, vezîri Muhammed Paşa'yı Edirne muhâfızı bırakıp ibtidâ Bursa üzerine yürüdü. Birâderi İbrâhim Bey'le Karışdıran Süleyman Paşa'yı bir hamlede perîşân edib her ikisini de ifnâ etdi. Ba'dehû müttefik beyler üzerine yürüdü.
Müttefik beylerden Karaman ve Candâr Oğulları'ndan mâ-adâsı isti'fâ-yı kusûr ederek arz-ı inkıyâd etmişlerdi. Bunları yatışdıran Yıldırım Bâyezîd, Konya üzerine gitdi. Karamânzâde Alî Bey'i tutup i'dâm ve Konya vilâyetini memâlikine ilhâk ederek tarafından Gömlüoğlu Ali Paşa'yı Konya beylerbeyi nasb ve Alî Beyzâde Mehmed Bey'i de Bursa'ya gönderip habs etdirdi.
Bundan sonra Yıldırım Bâyezîd, dönüp Kayseriyye üzerine yürüdü. Kadı Burhân'ın Kayseriyye beyi yapdığı Emîr Şeyh Mü'eyyed, Karamânîler'le ittifâk ederek Kadı Burhân'a zâten isyân etmek üzere idi.
Şeyh Mü'eyyed Bey, Kadı Burhân'ın ef'âl ve etvâr-ı mütehakkimâne ve müstebidânesinden dolayı bîzârdı. Yıldırım Sultân'ın Karamânîler'i perîşân ederek Kayseriyye'ye döndüğünü haber aldıkda derhâl istîmân edib Kayseriyye'yi teslîm etdi. Kayseriyye emâretinde ibkâ edildi.
Yıldırım Bâyezîd, Kayseriyye'den Kastamonu üzerine gitdi. Kastamonu beyi Candâroğlu Süleyman Şâh ile harb ederek onu da Sinop'a kaçırdı. Bu esnâda Kadı Burhân, ikinci def'a Amasya havâlîsine gelip Merzifon sahrâsına inmişdi.
Amasya beylerbeyi Ahmed Paşa, Canik beyi Alp Arslan Bey, [150] Yıldırım Sultân'a arz-ı keyfiyyet ederek istimdâd etmişlerdi. Kadı Burhân da Merzifon'dan kalkıp Amasya boğazını geçmiş, şehre cebren girmiş, Ahmed Paşa da kaleye tahassün ederek müdâfa'aya devâm ediyordu.
Kadı Burhân, mükerreren harb ederek aralıkda hurûc hareketi yapan Osmanlı askerinden birkaçını şehîd etmekle i'lân-ı sürûr ediyor, Amasya kalesinin kendisine teslîm edilmesini musırrâne istiyor, fakat buna bir türlü muvaffak olamıyordu. Bu aralıkda Şeyh Necîb, habsden çıkarılıp Kadı Burhân'a verilmişdi.
Yıldırım Sultân Bâyezîd, Kastamonu emâretine Süleyman Şâh'ın birâderi İsfendiyâr Bey'i nasb ederek Amasya'ya müteveccihen hareket etdi.
Osmânoğlu'nun ağır askerle Merzifon'a geldiğini [151] haber aldıkda tedârikât-ı askeriyyesini ikmâl etmek üzere Amasya'dan kalkıp Turhal üzerine hareket etdi".
Yıldırım Sultân, Merzifon'dan kalkıp Amasya'ya ikinci def'a 793 senesi evâ'ilinde geldi.
Kadı Burhân, Sultân Bâyezîd'in avdetini haber aldıkda en ziyâde kıskandığı Kayseriyye'yi tahlîse koyuldu.
Kayseriyye beyi Emîr Şeyh Mü'eyyed, Sultân Bâyezîd tarafından nasb edilmiş idi. Kadı Burhân, bunu Şeyh Mü'eyyed Bey'in isyân etdiğine haml ederek Kayseriyye'ye hücûm etdi. Şeyh Mü'eyyed Bey'i kendisine mu'în olan avenesiyle tutup i'dâm etdirdi (794).
Kadı Burhân, bununla kalmadı. Kayseriyye'den dönüp Tokat'ın ahzına tedârik görüyordu. Bunu haber alan Amasya beylerbeyi Ahmed Paşa ma'iyyetine aldığı askeriyle Amasya'dan kalkıp Tokat'a buradan da Artukâbâd'a gitdi. Fakat orada hasta oldu. Nihâyet 795 senesi zilhiccesinde vefât etdi.
Devâtdâr Ahmed Paşa'nın oğullarından Şâdgeldi, Keygeldi, Alî, Mustafa Beyler'le kızlarından Kadem, Şehzâde, Ehlî Hâtunlar ma'rûf idiler. Dîvân kâtibi Toganşâhoğlu Bahâ'eddîn Ömer Çelebi, tabîb-i hâsı el-Hâc Şücâ'eddîn İlyâs Çelebi pek meşhûr idi.⁵³⁸
Devâtdâr Ahmed Paşa, Tokat'a giderken birâderi Mustafa Bey'i Amasya'da [153] emâret kâ'im-makâmı nasb etmişdi. Müşârün-ileyhin vefâtı Sultân Bâyezîd'e arz ve i'lâm edildikde yerine emîr-i müşârün-ileyh Mustafa Bey nasb ve ibkâ edilerek Ahmed Paşa'nın arzusu yerine getirilmiş oldu.
In Modern English
He is the son of the earlier emir Hacı Şâdgeldi Pasha. He is the first beylerbeyi appointed to the province of Amasya by the Ottoman State who came from among the Amasyans. He is known by the name "Devâtdâr Ahmed Pasha." He is the earlier great emir of Amasya, Ahmed Şâh Çelebi, who took the place of Prince Sultân Bâyezîd.
Devâtdâr Ahmed Pasha was left in his post by Gâzi Hünkâr Murâd Han in 789 [1387] and became beylerbeyi of Amasya. With a detachment left by the Ottomans, he undertook to protect the province.
While the Amasya troops were fighting at Kosovo alongside the Ottoman Turks, their kinsmen and coreligionists, against the Serbs, enemies of religion and nation, Kadı Burhân was encouraged by his retinue to seize the defenseless Amasya and its dependencies. But he could in no way dare it.
The divan scribe Azîz bin Erdeşîr relates this in his work "Bezm ü Rezm" as follows: "The sultan did not find this encouragement fitting. For the son of Osman, though a plain Mongol, an ignorant man (!) lacking learning and wisdom, had gone on ghaza against the infidels. He is busy uprooting the infidels.
The sultan, who is endowed with so much personal maturity, high learning and virtue, justice and mercy, could not go against the Muslims, regarding it as contrary to the path of fairness and generosity, to the sense of trust and piety."
It is noteworthy that Kadı Burhân, to turn the people cold toward the Ottomans, calls the Ottomans, who are Turks at the core, Mongol and ignorant. For at that time the nation most hated by the Turks was the Mongols. The Turks had seen from no nation the oppression and torment they had seen from the Mongols. Yet it was the Mongols who had secured Kadı Burhân his beylik.
Kadı Burhân, who regarded everything as permissible for his personal interest, speaks here of piety, fairness, and generosity. That is to say, he is covering with a veil of piety his cowardice toward the Osmanoğulları, whose strength and splendor he knew. Had he seen his end as safe, he would not have lost a moment in seizing Amasya.
In the year 790 the Battle of Kosovo was won. But by a dagger suddenly plunged by a wounded Serb, Gâzi Sultan Murâd the First was martyred, and his son Yıldırım Sultan Bâyezîd took his place. The great emir of Kayseri, Eretna Hanzâde İzzeddîn Ca'fer Bey, had also died.
Thereupon Kadı Burhân decided to seize Kayseri. Cüneyd Bey, governor of Kayseri, was also thrown into confusion. For among the sons of Eretna Han there were Ca'ferbeyzâde İnehan Bey, the Second Eretnazâde Abdullah Bey, and Muhammed Bey, son of Horoz Alî Bey.
Of these, Muhammed Bey was the son-in-law of Devâtdâr Ahmed Pasha, beylerbeyi of Amasya. Cüneyd Bey supported İnehan Bey, and some supported Abdullah Bey. Kadı Burhân, supporting Abdullah Bey, wanted to seize Kayseri.
Kadı Burhân fought many times for this. He went to the surroundings of Kayseri and plundered, and clashed with Cüneyd Bey and the people of Kayseri. He slaughtered Muslims. In the end he reached his bloody aim. By appointing his sister's son Şeyh Mü'eyyed Bey to the emirate of Kayseri he extended his influence and the domain of his emirate. But many of the notables and scholars of Kayseri who stood against him were forced to flee. İnehan and Abdullah Beys, of the Eretna Oğulları, came to Amasya.
Against the First Sultan Bâyezîd, who took the Ottoman throne on the field of Kosovo, his brother Sultan İbrâhim, guardian of Bursa, proclaimed his sultanate in Bursa and made his lala, known as "Karıştıran," Süleyman Pasha, vizier and commander; for this reason Süleyman Pasha was called "Karıştıran" (the Stirrer).
Kemâleddîn Mehmed Pasha, who became vizier in place of Candarlı Hayreddîn Halîl Pasha, one of the leading men of the ulema, was a prudent man known among scholars by the name "Müştemil." The First Sultan Bâyezîd, on taking the throne, had his brother Ya'kûb Bey suddenly killed, saving the throne of the sultanate from rivalry and the people from dispersion.
According to what the Bezm ü Rezm writes, the martyrdom of Hünkâr Gâzi at Kosovo was spread, most probably by Prince İbrâhim Bey, in the form that Yıldırım Sultan had killed his father and brother and come to the throne.
For this reason the Aydın, Candar, Saruhan, Karaman, Germiyan, and Menteşe Oğulları united, rose up, and supported İbrâhim Bey, who proclaimed his sultanate in Bursa. In any case the situation in Bursa and Anatolia was noteworthy.
Learning of these, Kadı Burhân, who spoke of fairness and generosity, revived again. According to the detailed record of Bezm ü Rezm, on returning from Kayseri he sent Emîr Şeyh Necîb Bey, emir of Tokat, as envoy to Ahmed Pasha, beylerbeyi of Amasya. He was asking for one of the pasha's daughters for himself.
Emîr Şeyh Necîb was Ahmed Pasha's brother-in-law. Kadı Burhân's aim in this request was to seize the province of Amasya by establishing kinship with the emir of Amasya. The moment Ahmed Pasha understood this proposal, he had Şeyh Necîb bound and imprisoned. He also confiscated the presents, gifts, and goods he had brought, and was to send him to Sultan Bâyezîd (791).
İmâdeddîn Yûsuf Çelebi, judge of Amasya, objected, finding Ahmed Pasha's treatment of the envoy grave. The judge was removed from office, and Muslihzâde Celâleddîn Abdurrahmân Çelebi, one of the famous scholars and calligraphers, became judge of Amasya in his place. At this time Hoylu Hüsâmeddîn Hasan Çelebi was mufti of Amasya.
When Kadı Burhân learned of this, he made his preparations, marched on Tokat, and began plundering the surroundings of Amasya. He was gradually approaching Amasya. Ahmed Pasha, beylerbeyi of Amasya, went out of Amasya with his military retinue and met Kadı Burhân. He drove him back by fighting.
Yıldırım Sultan Bâyezîd, leaving his vizier Muhammed Pasha as guardian of Edirne, marched first on Bursa. He scattered his brother İbrâhim Bey and Karıştıran Süleyman Pasha in a single stroke and destroyed both. Then he marched on the united beys.
Of the united beys, those other than the Karaman and Candar Oğulları submitted, asking that their faults be forgiven. Yıldırım Bâyezîd, having pacified them, went toward Konya. He had Karamanzâde Alî Bey seized and executed, annexed the province of Konya to his country, and appointed Gömlüoğlu Ali Pasha beylerbeyi of Konya in his own name. He also sent Mehmed Bey, son of Alî Bey, to Bursa and had him imprisoned.
After this Yıldırım Bâyezîd turned back and marched on Kayseri. Emîr Şeyh Mü'eyyed, whom Kadı Burhân had made bey of Kayseri, had already been about to rebel against Kadı Burhân by coming to an agreement with the Karamanids.
Şeyh Mü'eyyed Bey was weary of Kadı Burhân's tyrannical and despotic attitude and conduct. Learning that Yıldırım Sultan had scattered the Karamanids and returned to Kayseri, he at once asked for quarter and surrendered Kayseri. He was left in the emirate of Kayseri.
Yıldırım Bâyezîd went from Kayseri toward Kastamonu. Fighting Süleyman Şâh, bey of Kastamonu, the Candaroğlu, he put him too to flight to Sinop. At this time Kadı Burhân came a second time to the surroundings of Amasya and descended onto the plain of Merzifon.
Ahmed Pasha, beylerbeyi of Amasya, and Alp Arslan Bey, bey of Canik, reported the situation to Yıldırım Sultan and asked for help. Kadı Burhân left Merzifon, passed the Amasya gorge, entered the city by force, and Ahmed Pasha took refuge in the fortress and continued the defense.
Kadı Burhân, fighting many times, was proclaiming joy at having martyred a few of the Ottoman soldiers who made sorties in between, insistently asking that the fortress of Amasya be handed over to him, but could not succeed in this in any way. In the meantime Şeyh Necîb had been released from prison and given to Kadı Burhân.
Yıldırım Sultan Bâyezîd appointed Süleyman Şâh's brother İsfendiyâr Bey to the emirate of Kastamonu and set out toward Amasya. Coming swiftly, he camped on the plain of Merzifon. The moment Kadı Burhân learned that the son of Osman had come, he fled from Amasya.
Here Azîz bin Erdeşîr says in his "Bezm ü Rezm": "Although the Tâceddîn Oğulları and the emir of Amasya had declared to the sultan that they wished peace and accord, they secretly informed the son of Osman that the sultan had long sat in Amasya, that his troops were dispersed about the surroundings, and that his provisions were exhausted. They roused him by certain tricks and intrigues. The son of Osman came from Kastamonu with a fearsome and heavy army and descended onto the plain of Merzifon." After saying this he describes Kadı Burhân's flight as follows:
"The sultan had sat long in Amasya and had dispersed his troops in every direction to procure provisions. Learning that the son of Osman had come to Merzifon with a heavy army, he left Amasya to complete his military preparations and moved toward Turhal."
Yıldırım Sultan left Merzifon and came to Amasya a second time at the beginning of the year 793. He at once sent troops on Kadı Burhân's trail. He took Tokat, rewarded Ahmed Pasha, beylerbeyi of Amasya, who had shown him allegiance, and made his paternal uncle's son Süleyman Şahzade Kutlu Bey emir of Tokat.
In 793 İzzeddîn Hasan Çelebi, who had been removed from the judgeship of Konya by the Karamanids, and Felekeddîn Bey bin Emîr Sa'deddîn ed-Dânişmendî, of Dânişmend descent, came to Amasya. Among the beys of Amasya, Eretnazâde Abdullah Bey, Torumtayzâde Kaya Bey, and Mukbil Beyzâde Ömer Bey, a relative of Ahmed Pasha, became holders of zeamet (large military fief).
Here Azîz bin Erdeşîr says: "The sultan, fighting the Ottomans near Tokat, defeated (!) the son of Osman. He took much of his property as booty. Had Süleyman Pasha, bey of Kastamonu, and Karamanoğlu Alî Bey united with the exalted sultan, it would not have been a hard task for the sultan to teach the son of Osman his place (!), and they too would have been saved."
Yıldırım Sultan left Amasya and went with his army to Ankara, and from there to Bursa, having temporarily saved Amasya from Kadı Burhân's attack and plunder. Kadı Burhân, learning that Sultan Bâyezîd had returned, set about retaking Kayseri, which he envied most.
Emîr Şeyh Mü'eyyed, bey of Kayseri, had been appointed by Sultan Bâyezîd. Kadı Burhân, interpreting this as Şeyh Mü'eyyed Bey's rebellion, attacked Kayseri. He had Şeyh Mü'eyyed Bey seized and executed together with the men who helped him (794).
Kadı Burhân was not content with this. Returning from Kayseri, he was making preparations to take Tokat. Learning of this, Ahmed Pasha, beylerbeyi of Amasya, set out from Amasya with the troops he took with him to Tokat, and from there to Artukâbâd. But there he fell ill. In the end he died in Zilhicce 795.
Among Devâtdâr Ahmed Pasha's sons, Şâdgeldi, Keygeldi, Alî, and Mustafa Beys, and among his daughters Kadem, Şehzâde, and Ehlî Hanıms were well-known persons. The divan scribe Toganşâhoğlu Bahâeddîn Ömer Çelebi and his private physician el-Hâc Şücâeddîn İlyâs Çelebi were very famous.
Devâtdâr Ahmed Pasha, when going to Tokat, had appointed his brother Mustafa Bey as deputy to the emirate in Amasya. When the death of the said man was reported and made known to Sultan Bâyezîd, the said emir Mustafa Bey was again appointed to his place and left in office, and thus Ahmed Pasha's wish was fulfilled.

Who Kadı Burhâneddin Was
The central figure of the entry is not so much the emir of Amasya as his rival, the ruler of Sivas, Kadı Burhâneddin. Kadı Burhâneddin was born in Kayseri in 1345, the son of a judge named Ahmed. He studied in Damascus and Cairo, and on returning to Kayseri in 1364 was appointed judge of the city by Eretnaoğlu Mehmed Bey. On the dissolution of the Eretna principality he became first vizier and then ruler; in 1381 he proclaimed his sultanate in Sivas, had the sermon read and coins struck in his name. His poems are collected in a divan. The "Bezm ü Rezm" to which Hüsameddin often refers is the Persian history Azîz bin Erdeşîr wrote in his name. For this reason the scenes narrated often reflect the view of Kadı Burhâneddin's own circle.
The Struggle with the Emirs of Amasya
Present-day research notes that in Kadı Burhâneddin's rise the emir of Amasya was the main rival. After defeating and having Hacı Şadgeldi killed (autumn 1381), he proclaimed his rulership. Hacı Şadgeldi's son Ahmed Bey set out to take revenge for his father with support from the Candaroğlu and was defeated in 1383-84. In 1384 Kadı Burhâneddin, with the support of the bey of Tokat Fortress, routed the emir of Amasya repeatedly. It is recorded that after early 1394, when Timur came as far as Erzurum and returned, he marched on Ahmed Bey, emir of Amasya, who was attacking his lands, and burned everything.
Hüsameddin's sequence does not coincide exactly with these dates. He ties Ahmed Pasha's defense of the fortress against Kadı Burhân to the period after Kosovo and to Yıldırım Bâyezîd's coming to Merzifon, and places Ahmed Pasha's death in Zilhicce 795 (1393). Yet in the present-day encyclopedia account Ahmed Bey, emir of Amasya, is still active in 1394. Whether this difference indicates two separate events or a shift in dating cannot be resolved with these sources.
The Mongol Accusation and After Kosovo
The section in which Hüsameddin is angered at the Ottomans being called "Mongol" finds a counterpart in the present-day account as well: Mongol beys encouraged Kadı Burhâneddin to attack Ottoman lands, but this proposal was not accepted by the pillars of the state. The encyclopedia entry places this event in 1393; Hüsameddin narrates it immediately after Kosovo. The Battle of Kosovo is today known as 1389, and Hüsameddin's year 790 corresponds to this date.
In the Kayseri events the dates also diverge. Hüsameddin writes that Kadı Burhân made his nephew Şeyh Mü'eyyed emir in Kayseri and had him killed in 794. The encyclopedia entry dates the killing of Şeyh Mü'eyyed, governor of Kayseri, to 799 (1396) and regards it as one cause of his falling out with the Akkoyunlu Karayülük Osman.

The author notes that Yıldırım Bâyezîd's accession and the taking of Konya are shown as 793 in some works, and that his contemporaries support this with a coin dated 793. Relying on Ibn Hajar, Ahmed Çelebi, and Makrîzî, he counts the martyrdom of Murad the First as 790 and the taking of Konya and Kayseri as 792. He adds that the date of the coin shows not the ruler's accession but the year in which the coin was struck. He also writes that, despite his research in Amasya, he could not find the grave of Devâtdâr Ahmed Pasha. No information on the grave of Devâtdâr Ahmed Pasha was found in other sources.
